What is deleted
From the live server, as soon as the deletion finishes:
- Your spaces, including the floor plans and scan data stored on them.
- Photos, 360° photos, point clouds, and other files uploaded to your account.
- API keys you saved for optional features (OpenAI, Google Maps, Matterport).
- Your login, so that email and Google sign-in no longer open this account.
What is not deleted right away
Each night DigsTour saves a backup of the whole database and every uploaded file, and it keeps the newest 14 of those backups. The job runs at 2:00 AM. Backups are stored on a drive on the local network, or on the same computer as the server if that drive can’t be reached. Deleting your account removes it from the live server. A copy can remain in a backup until that backup is no longer one of the newest 14. When the backup runs every night, that is 14 days. If a night is missed, the older copy stays until 14 newer backups exist.
This deletion does not erase old server log lines.
